I started working as a Soccer Coach in 2018. I’ve been playing sports since an early age. It was the motivation to help my children receive quality coaching (which was very hard to find) that drove me to pursue training as a career.
I draw upon my background in TEAM building and leading in my law enforcement career coupled with my Faith in God and passion for leadership to help improve the game of my clients. Take a peek at some of the positions I’ve held and work I’ve done in the past.
Head Coach
Law enforcement professional of 12 years and Head Soccer coach of two youth soccer TEAMs currently U12 Girls and U14 Boys. Have led each group to three championship seasons.
Agility and physical fitness is only a fraction of what it takes to develop a successful functioning TEAM in a short period of time. Professional teams normally take years to meld and most never win a championship.
The odds are against your organization in the recreational league because you only have weeks to prepare.
Showing everybody where their God Given Gift (skill set) is and how to incorporate that in the TEAM’s movement requires the ability to lead from the middle. One of our most fruitful strategies.

My Story
Train Leaders Build Character
As a results driven soccer coach I have found success in leading from the middle. I was motivated to get into coaching when I saw how underprepared and unmotivated many coaches are at the recreational level.
I have four training manuals one of which is designed to help coaches understand how to place players in their best position and how to lead a TEAM from the middle.
From recreational to professional it is an investment of everybody’s time and money. It should be taken seriously.
Losing is a part of life L.O.S.E (Learning Opportunity Strengthening Exercise) as is Winning. TEAMs need to learn how to process both.
A Bit About Me
Losing is a part of life but so is winning. I realized later in life that the majority of people including professionals have never won first place. As a kid growing up I met that statistic but as a Coach with Faith, Effort, TEAMwork and Strategy I have lead two TEAMs to three a piece.
I am a man of Faith, a husband a father, a professional drummer and absolutely passionate about helping people be their best self and work together at the highest level.
